Once deeply rooted in youth inclusion, advocacy on policies, and sustainable living, Tihomira now weaves those themes into a broader focus on personal development, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, and digital skills. Her standout creation, “Future Founders”, is a 10-month entrepreneurial and personal growth program for teens, crafted for Champions Factory. Designed to spark confidence and creativity in learners aged 14–18, it’s a testament to her ability to turn big ideas into actionable, transformative experiences.
